Truffle Mushroom Risotto at Elemen @ HarbourFront — Miriam's Review (Feb 15, 2020)

This risotto dish tasted better previously, it seems watered down and with less hearty gravy. It incorporated 7 different kinds of rice and some mushrooms and vegetables, so it was quite filling and colourful nonetheless. Taste wise, it doesn’t meet expectations of what risotto should be. Tastes more like Mui Fan.
