Smoked Maple Tempeh Sandwich at Copper Branch — baroquenrecords's Review (Feb 15, 2020)

I tried this sandwich one day on a whim. There’s a lot going on with this sandwich in terms of flavour especially. Sweet potato, tempeh, vegan cheese, it’s a cacophony of flavour. The sandwich is sloppy because of the sauce, but overall it’s delicious!
