This has blended San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, oregano, house-breaded vegan fried chicken, fresh basil, and grated parmesan, to which we had them add ricotta. You won’t miss animal-based chicken when you try this. Their doughs are naturally leavened from a sourdough starter and fermented for 48 hours, which gives the crust a soft and crunchy bite.
