Onion Utthappam at Greenleaf Cafe Pte Ltd — Raffy John Mabanag's Review (Jan 27, 2020)

This is a thick rice batter pancake with chopped onion topping. The onion added a really good flavor. Although I would prefer if it was caramelized. It was served with different savoury chutneys.
