Rib Burger at Genesis Plant Based Alchemy — charlamywild's Review (Jan 25, 2020)

The burger was made up of seitan strips and whisky barbecue sauce and mayo. The strips and the barbecue sauce were amazing, loved the flavour and the smokey taste. However in a burger I'm not sure it worked. Parts were dry where there wasn't enough sauce and the brioche bread added nothing to the meal. I would order again but with some changes.
