Kinky Friedman Panini at Retrospect Coffee Bar — Tyler Hazard's Review (Jan 25, 2020)

The panini has vegan cream cheese, heaps of spinach, scallion, and some tasty jalapeño tapenade on multigrain bread. Comes with chips or fruit. I got fruit and it was a banana, which was nice. Sandwich had some decent flavor, and it was nice to have a vegan option, but wish it had a little more to it. You might have been able to add tomato or something if you wanted. Great little place with a cool outdoor patio with heaters for the winter. Dog-friendly :).
