I just found Silk Dairy Free Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative at Walmart, and I have to say it's amazing. I haven't made whipped cream in almost five years. I'm super excited! Also made a bowl of blueberries and homemade whipped cream (no sugar added) for my meat eating, keto diet father and he liked it! So win all around from this household.
