Review of Instant Lift Eyebrow Pencil - e.l.f. Cosmetics by hkircher

I was definitely skeptical about this when I first bought it, but for only $2, this eyebrow pencil work very well. It's a bit softer than most pencils so it doesn't make harsh lines as easily, which works out well since it can't really be sharpened.
