Cupcakes at Rising Hearts Bakery — Van's Review (Jan 18, 2020)

First time trying this bakery but it was hit and miss with this 6pk of cupcakes for $18. At least one of these cupcakes was hard/old/stale. But the others were enjoyable. The Chunky Monkey in particular had a great banana frosting. The strawberry cupcakes weren't very flavorful. The choc chip was good but overly sweet, even for a cupcake.
