Tofu Benedict at LOV Restaurant — Amy's Review (Jan 13, 2020)

The tofu Benedict was amazing!! It’s made of an English muffin, Kale, smoked tomato, fried tofu, and hollandaise sauce. The vegan hollandaise sauce wasn’t as runny as I expected but the delicious side of potatoes and greens made up for it. The tofu was also crisped to perfection!
