Chili rellenos by Denver Vegan Van — Mallory's Review (Jan 13, 2020)

I was so disappointed in everything to do with this visit to the Denver vegan van. For starters, we waited an hour and fifteen minutes in freezing, windy weather to order. While waiting in line we witnessed the entire staff of the food truck take two shots of tequila. Once we ordered, it was another 45+ minutes before we received our food. The people behind us in line received their food before us. When we finally got our food it was disappointing. This was very expensive for such a tiny serving of food and it was very spicy. It was unlike any relleno I’ve ever had. It was just a pepper inside an egg roll wrapper. Very tiny product.
