Review of Truffle Mushroom Risotto at Elemen @ HarbourFront by yamspotatoes

My first risotto with the use of wild rice in place of the typical short-grain rice and no butter and cheese. Result was a tasty dish without the rich heaviness. I liked that it was less starchy and creamy so even the rice imparted a flavour on its own.
