Review of Mixed Vegetable Rice at eVeg Vegetarian by herbimetal

Overall I’m not very impressed with the selection of mixed veg dishes from this stall, more of mock meat, and the few tofu dishes aren’t that appealing. Selection of veggies not so appealing to me either as I don’t like the green leafy greens they sell. Went with broccoli, tofu and samosa. Broccoli texture was just nice and the flavor was good. Tofu was on the oily side and I shouldn’t have asked for more rice. Samosas were nice and crunchy. This was great for a quick bite; gobbled it up in 10 mins.
