Review of Rainbow Vegetable Stew With Kale and Rosti Topping - Morrisons by plantsareallweneed

The stew part was quite tasty, but the rosti topping was sort of flavourless, but that’s just a wee bit of the entire meal. The main component is beetroot, which I quite like so I was fine with that! Relatively healthy and nice and quick!
