One of our favorite comfort food dishes is the blue plate special at the Spot in Hermosa Beach. Comfort food at its finest. Be sure to order some tofu sauce for your vegetables. The Spot has both vegan and vegetarian, but this is a vegan dish and everything is clearly marked on their menu, or can be modified to suit your request.
