Carrot Cake with omnipork stir fry at The Buddha Bowl 泰幸福 — Aly's Review (Jan 7, 2020)

I don’t know how many times I’ve seen vegan carrot cake.
I wasn’t expecting this but I quite enjoy it. The texture was nice, a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Tasty though if I had to blind taste this I wouldn’t say it was carrot cake.
The omnipork was quite tasty as well, complimented the disk really well.
