Valrhona Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Sponge & Orange at Galvin La Chapelle — beckyturner's Review (Jan 3, 2020)

Beautifully presented and very tasty! The ganache was thick and creamy and the sponge was nice and light. The orange segments and swirls were a lovely touch and went well with the rich ganache.
