Costco has vegan cookie dough😱 times are changing!! Anyway I froze the cookie dough and rolled them into balls, and covered them in my chocolate ganache (coconut oil and chocolate chips I melted together. See @sixvegansisters on insta for the recipe from the chocolate cookie dough bars). I brought this to two Christmas parties and non-vegans really liked it and couldn’t believe it was vegan. It’s yummy eaten baked or frozen 😋 #aloha
