Beet Poke at Wildseed — juuustval's Review (Dec 30, 2019)

The beet poke is a MUST. Cubes of chilled beets are topped with slices of cucumber, macadamia crumbles, a dash of ponzu, and sesame seeds, topped with seaweed crackers for dipping.
