Stuffed tropical French toast

No Bones Beach Club

The French toast was crispy and moist! I dunno how they did it, but perfection. Stuffed with fruit and lightly dusted with sugar. So filling and tasty! I had it with regular maple syrup, I wasn't daring enough to get the jalapeño one!
