Otah with omnipork at Vegan Curry Rice with Mother Earth — Wai Sum's Review (Dec 28, 2019)

I was really wowed by this. No idea how they transformed omnipork mince into otak fish paste that even "shredded" when I pulled it apart! Full marks for texture!!
