pleasantly surprised by these!! the outside is a dark chocolate coating with a thicc nut butter center, almost like a truffle. the serving size is the whole pack (aka 4 bites) but i was satisfied with just one or two for a quick snack. i would say these are more fat bombs than protein bites (14g of fat and 8g of protein per pack) but im not really complaining as again i would almost consider these a healthy dessert. if youre looking for a delicious way to quickly fuel up, id recommend these!!
