I was so excited to try the cheeses that I opened them and got rid of the packaging before I took a picture. đ They did not disappoint! I was surprised by how much the blu cheese tasted like the non-vegan original. I wasnât a blue cheese eater when I wasnât vegan, but I was partial on occasion to blue cheese dip with something covered in hot sauce! I havenât tried melting this one, but if it melts well, that would be good! I had never tried cranberry cheese before, and it was nice! Personally, I could only eat it in small amounts. The mature cheddar-type cheese was very good though. Tasted exactly how it should! Mature tasting, but not overpowering. đđ§
