Chicken Rice at Xuan Miao Vegan — Wai Sum's Review (Dec 23, 2019)

The "chicken" here is made of steamed silken tofu skin which is great for those who aren't fans of mock meat. I found it a bit bland but the rice was tasty and as a whole, it makes for pretty light and healthy meal.
