Review of Cauliflower steak at City Works - Pittsburgh by ohhonestlyerin

I love that more and more restaurants are including some variation of a veggie burger to their menus, but it’s always nice when there are other options in this meat-filled world of ours. I was stoked to be able to order a cauliflower steak today at my work Christmas lunch because sometimes I don’t want a veggie burger! This was perfect - vegan, light yet filling, had a wonderful sear to it and the sauce was just right. Plus, there were some almond slivers in there too that gave it a nice crunch. I was really happy with it, especially since it didn’t sit heavily in my stomach!
