Shared this with @theminttobe and boy what a #veganchristmas treat 🎅🏿🎄 a big meal no wonder it costs $16.90. Fresh veggies make it really healthy. The red sauce was cranberry at first I thought it was chilli and mixed it with the couscous, though it probably would’ve gone better with the mock turkey. The mock turkey 🦃 didn’t resemble turkey very much, I suppose it’s replicating the stuffing inside, and it was yummy. They used tau kee for the “turkey” which was pretty tasty. The corn chowder was thick and tasty, but I think it can do with a creamier taste. The best way to celebrate Christmas is to leave turkeys 🦃 off your 🍽!
