I am reviewing this vegan dish on behalf of my vegan friend, brother Ong.

Sugarcane flower 甘蔗花 is a rare ingredient. It looks like baby corn. 🌽 After cooked, the look and texture resemble fish roe. This is a simple stir fry dish with mixed vegetables but the sugarcane flower itself is already sweet, tender and delicious. 😋 #vegkl #vegetables #malaysianeats
