Vegan Pho At Nola airport

This is a creole vegan inspired pho that I got at the airport. Best airport food you’ll ever get as a vegan, especially pho at an airport. The broth was deep and not usual light Vietnamese broth, it tasted more Khmer and soy sauce-y. #veganoutreach
