Review of Vegan Stir-fry Tofu w/lemongrass Vermicelli Rice Bowl at Pho T & N by sheppsk

This is my go to dish here. I enjoy it at the time of order and yet I enjoy it more the next day because the noodles have absorbed more of the juice. I enjoy it at the time of order though as well because the tofu from the start has such a kick of flavor. It does have a little child pepper by it on the menu but, it’s not overwhelming which I really appreciate.
