Cuban Sandwich With Mac And Cheeze

The Leaf and Seed Cafe

This sandwich is a weekly special at the cafe (not always on the menu) but the Mac and cheeze is a staple. Both are amazing. The photo only shows half of the sandwich as I started eating before I could take a photo. Thin slices of seitan with provolone cheese, vegan mayo and pickles. Delicious!!
