Si Wei Mao Cai was established in 2011 by two food lovers who wanted to bring authentic Sichuan flavors to Singapore. Over a decade, it has been uncompromising in selecting the best and most authentic ingredients, upholding the most authentic culinary standards, and giving customers the most authentic dining experience. Si Wei Mao Cai has extensive vegan and vegetarian options including it's Mao Cai, mapo tofu, cold bean noodles, and many delicious vegetable dishes.
