These are great! No idea why they don't abolish the whole idea of broiler meat crumbed and fried when we have Quorn serving as the same taste, same look, same crunch! The packet says 4 serves but let's be real, 2 serves tops! The macros are very friendly but if you're seeking something rich in protein, I would suggest you look at Quorn Fillets, as the nuggets are more of a snack food. However, I am having them in a buddha bowl for lunch but you could easily have these bad boys for breakfast, lunch and dinner because they taste so good! That does mean spending $7 per packet though and that can be pretty expensive as opposed to the non-vegan homebrand nuggets selling much cheaper. I think affordability is a key consideration if we want more consumers to buy Quorn products like these. Otherwise, a really great alternative!
