Fried Spring Rolls at Quán chay Ưu Đàm — Xueting's Review (Dec 7, 2019)

The skin is fried, maybe deep-fried, to a nice crisp without being too oily or too dry. Inside, there’s lots of radishes, pumpkin (I think, or carrots) and mushrooms that really go well together.
