Boots do so many different vegan sandwich options now and its so nice to have an actual choice as a vegan! I don’t know of any other place that does a vegan sandwich like this. It was really nice! The carrot was a bit crunchy so not quite like salmon but a really good alternative. Will definitely buy this again 🐟 🍞
