whole wheat flour by Bob's Red Mill — plantiful's Review (Dec 6, 2019)

i know it's a bit dumb to be reviewing flour bc it's obviously vegan lel but i have to say that this whole wheat one is really high quality! smells WONDERFUL when you open the bag and it gives bread a pleasant roasted, slightly nutty flavour. i loooove using it for sourdough bc the higher protein content makes my bread rise faster hahaha. i recommend this for baking!
