Review of Tempeh Satay at Vege Pot 素砂煲 by herbimetal

Stoked to try this protein packed dish! The tempeh wasn’t particularly special as it wasn’t really marinated, but the peanut satay sauce was really good I wished there were more! It was odd that they called it “satay” but didn’t put them on skewers. Quite a lot of veggies, I think don’t need so many compared to the tempeh. I liked the cucumber and pineapple more.
