Review of Made Possible at Heybo by sundial

This is the first time I have been to Heybo and decided to give one of their signature dishes a try.

The ingredients looked good and the taste lived up to the expectations. Mix of Garden greens, mixed grains, ImpossibleTM patties, roasted pumpkin, roasted brussels sprouts, tomato salad, seed mix. The ingredients were in perfect harmony with each other and “made” this dish “possible”.

It was a bit on the expensive side at $13.90. Will definitely head back again and try the other options.

So definitely worth a visit.
