THIS IS MY FAV VEGAN DISH SO FAR ⭐️🤲🏻 -okay only in SG, as I also fell for a divine jackfruit curry in Amed, Bali (👉🏻 btw I reviewed it previously if you want to know more about that one)
What I loved the most about this dish was the blend between the baked pumpkin and the refreshing 🥦 sauce, topped with rosemary.
I stroke me because it reminded me of the taste of a famous French dish: lamb with rosemary and thyme. And am REALLY happy I found a vegan dish that brings same delicious taste on the table, without the lamb meat 💪🏻 Stepping stone discovered with this dish!!
