Big Breakfast at Matcha Mylkbar — Sylvia Chew's Review (Nov 21, 2019)

The vegan poached eggs were pleasantly interesting! The egg white had a slight sweetness and a texture pretty close to the real thing. I think it felt more agar agar/jelly-like compared to real egg white. The yolk although wasn't close to the real thing, still tasted pretty good! I think it was pumpkin based seasoned with turmeric and some other spices? The vegan bacon was pretty good too, the ham-ish flavour definitely came through!👍🏻
