Was craving something fried that day 😬.
It’s actually deep fried shimeji mushroom and it looks and tastes pretty good!
More restaurants should do this! ( especially as Korean fried chicken seems to be popular nowadays...)
I added some rice to make it my main course it I think it should have stayed a side dish.
