Banh Xeo at Minh Hien Vegetarian Restaurant — Kayla's Review (Nov 15, 2019)

I’ve had this pancake before at one of their other branches, and it was just as good here. It’s crispy and served with all the right toppings for a wrap, with a really tasty sauce. It’s a bit on the oily side but that’s to be expected.
