Overall a well balanced soup that is neither too bland nor salty. The addition of seaweed adds some umami to the soup and allows you to 'taste' the sea. There is the mock fish, fish cake and some cabbage. It's my go to if I want something light, soupy and filling at the same time. Opt out the diary milk for vegan option.
