Great product, it has helped me with chronic dry eye caused by autoimmune disease related inflammation. My eyes don't produce tears which can be very painful and bothersome. I've used several prescription drops on top of having permanent tear duct plugs, but didn't experience relief until I started this supplement. My eyes are no longer bloodshot and burning all the time. Furthermore, it seems to help reduce the amount of brain fog, confusion, and fatigue* I experience on a daily basis.
