This dish completely blew my mind 🤯 The “salmon sashimi” is apparently made of carrots and I have no idea how they did that!! The taste and texture is quite similar to sashimi, just slightly bouncier, a bit like a fish cake! It’s sooo delicious with soy sauce 🍣

The white thing to its right is coconut flesh and who knew coconut flesh would taste so good with soy sauce!!! 🥥

But what truly blew my mind was the magical thing in the shot glass on the top right. You’re told it’s meant to taste like oysters and you are instructed to chew the leaves then down the shot. It’s slightly spicy, and it tastes exactly 100% like an oyster!!! I don’t know how they did that. There are small little bits in the shot that also feels like the texture of oyster flesh.

Hands-down the most interesting dish I’ve ever eaten and it’s so tasty.
