The Impossible Burger at The Vortex — livingcaroline's Review (Oct 29, 2019)

Not a great picture (it was super dark and we were hungry!) but the impossible burger at Vortex was great - though it might be a little off putting to some people because of how much it resembles beef in flavor and looks. It was a huge amount of food, so we had leftovers for the next day!
