Mushroom Rice Paper Rolls

Bún Vietnamese

The choices of sauce, which includes hoisin, chilli oil and sweet chilli are all vegan. It seems like the rice roll is not freshly made as some parts was a bit harder to chew. Nevertheless, the fillings are savory and fresh!
