Taste wise, it's great, for price wise, it is a lunch set, so it includes soup and 1 drink. I feel like it could be cheaper, and I dont need so many liquid. It is essentially vietnamese rice noodles with mint, basil, coriander, cucumber, carrot bits of crunchy from cashew bits, and spicy sweet and sour sauce. The main tasty bit is fried tofu and a soy prawn looking thing. Size wise is decent will get full. But probably dont have enough protein and could do some fresh veggies.

herbimetal Yeah not enough protein is one of my common grievancesReply
naturesfood @herbimetal what do you do when you want more protein? Reply
herbimetal @naturesfood if your dishes don’t have enough protein, you can drink soy milk; it’s the plant milk that’s highest in protein. Protein shakes are rich in protein too. You can snack on nuts though I don’t do that very much. Reply
naturesfood @herbimetal thanks for sharing. I used to drink soy drink but found a number of issues regarding sustainability, GMO and quality. These days I take other alternatives, vegan protein shake is a solution, but prefer non processed natural food when possible. I do take a variety of nuts and seeds. Was more curious what concerns others and what they would take. Actually protein isnt as big of a problem compared to Iron for vegetarian and vegans. What do you take for Iron? And stay healthy , pretty hard to be take healthy amounts especially eating outReply
herbimetal @naturesfood iron I take dark green leafy vegetables, red stuff like beetroot and red dragonfruit. Legumes, tofu, brown rice I also take often.Reply
naturesfood @herbimetal Thanks :)Reply
