Review of vegan omega-3 dha Softgels - Deva by choyyuen

Omega-3 is the number 2 product in my vegan survival kit. 😄 There are 3 main types of omega-3 fatty acids - ALA, DHA & EPA. Plant sources such as nuts and seeds are rich in ALA. ALA can be converted to EPA and then to DHA but it depends how efficient is our body. I choose this direct DHA & EPA formula which is slightly expensive but it is at a reasonable price of about S$30 at iherb.
