Massaman Curry

Reform Kafé

Hearty and warming, this dish makes me think of autumn funnily enough. The spice-blend has cinnamon or maybe cardamom, but only enough to tease your tastebuds, it’s not overpowering. This dish doesn’t taste Thai to me, but it’s interesting in the best way.
