Sauteed Eggplant at Jisu Vegetarian Restaurant — Kyōshin's Review (Oct 22, 2019)

Eggplant was pretty soft, well-cooked. Sauce was just savory enough to add flavor. The peppers seemed fresh and added nice colors to presentation.
